BAT
Social media management for agencies

Run every client brand, isolated and on-strategy.

The Agencies plan gives you up to ten isolated client workspaces for a flat $500/mo. Each one carries its own brand brain, its own approvals, and its own competitor set, so the work for one client never bleeds into another. Honest note: BAT's white-label is not as mature as a dedicated agency suite like Sendible yet.

One plan, ten client brains.

The Agencies tier is $500/mo for up to 10 brand workspaces and 25 members. Pricing is flat per workspace, not per seat, so adding a strategist or a client's reviewer never changes the bill.

Hard isolation per client

Every brain, source, analytic, member, and integration is scoped to one workspace and enforced on every request. The chat agent only ever sees the single client it is operating in, so there is no cross-client leakage of strategy, files, or competitor data.

A brand brain per client

Each workspace keeps its own persistent brain (Brand DNA, audience, competitors, content pillars, memory, sources). BAT searches it and applies it to everything it drafts, so a fintech client and a skincare client never sound like the same template.

Org above the workspaces

Your agency sits as an org above the brand workspaces, with account settings separated from per-brand settings. You manage people and access once, then assign them into the client brands they actually work on.

Flat, predictable pricing

$500/mo covers all 10 clients. There is no per-seat tax as the team grows, which is a different economics than the per-user agency suites where every reviewer you add costs more.

On-strategy content, per client, not generic.

Because each workspace has its own brain, the AI drafts in that client's voice from that client's strategy. This is the part that does not scale when you staff it with junior writers and a shared prompt.

  • Drafted from the brand brain. Every post is generated from the client's Brand DNA, personas, and content pillars, then lands in an approval queue. Nothing is auto-posted.
  • Native to each platform. LinkedIn documents and polls, Instagram reels and carousels, X threads, TikTok video, YouTube shorts, Pinterest pins, Threads, and Facebook reels, each in its real format rather than one caption reposted everywhere.
  • Evidence-linked. Outputs carry provenance (VERIFIED / PARTIAL / BLOCKED / RAW) so a claim in a client post traces back to a real workspace source instead of a hallucination you have to catch in review.
  • Multi-framework content pillars. Build, view, switch, and regenerate content pillars with steering, so each client's calendar has a defensible shape you can show the client, not a pile of one-off posts.

Approvals and roles for client sign-off.

Client work lives and dies on sign-off. BAT has a real approval state machine in front of every post and five brand roles so the right person, on your side or the client's, signs off before anything ships.

Review before publish

Posts move DRAFT to PENDING_REVIEW to APPROVED or REJECTED, with rejection notes and resubmit. Approved posts go to the scheduler. This is review before publish, not a recall after it is already live.

Five brand roles

Owner, Admin, Manager, Creator, and Member, with a fine-grained capability matrix and privilege-escalation guards. Creators submit, Managers and above approve, and you can seat a client reviewer at exactly the right level.

Guarded brain and Drive edits

Destructive brain and Drive operations from chat require explicit approval before they persist, and every review transition is logged. A junior on the account cannot quietly rewrite a client's strategy.

Scheduled-publish worker

Once approved, posts hit a real scheduled-publish worker with atomic double-publish prevention, plus AI-suggested send times derived from each client's own engagement-by-hour history.

Benchmarking and reports clients ask for.

Every client wants to know two things: how their numbers moved and how they stack up against their competitors. BAT answers both from one unified post index per workspace.

  • Owned-vs-competitor by default. Add a client's competitor profiles and BAT collects their posts and engagement, then benchmarks your client against them in analytics and inline in chat.
  • AI strategy reports. Generate a structured plus markdown strategy report over a client's analytics window, with CSV export underneath for your own decks and spreadsheets.
  • Deepest where it is first-party. Owned and competitor analytics are richest for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. X, TikTok, Threads, and Pinterest data is gathered via scrapers and refreshed periodically, not real-time, so set that expectation with clients.
  • Explore the reporting surfaces. See the dedicated pages for the reporting tool and competitor analysis to understand exactly what lands in a client report.

Eight networks, per client workspace.

Each client workspace publishes natively to all eight networks, so you are not juggling a separate tool per platform per client.

Where BAT is honest with agencies.

BAT is strong at the part most tools treat as your job: producing genuinely on-strategy content per client from an isolated brand brain, gating it behind real approvals, and benchmarking each client against its competitors. The Agencies plan packages that as 10 isolated workspaces for a flat $500/mo, which is different economics than the per-seat agency suites.

Where BAT is not yet best in class is white-label. Sendible's rebranded login, reports, and emails plus its client-approval workflows are deeper and more battle-tested for agencies than BAT's are today. If a fully rebranded client portal with white-labeled PDF reports is your hard requirement right now, weigh that honestly. BAT's bet is that on-strategy AI content and per-client isolation matter more than a rebranded shell, and white-label maturity is the gap we are closing, not a claim we are making.

On price, $100/mo is the floor for a single brand and $500/mo is the Agencies tier. That is not a budget tool. Frame it against a junior content hire or a chunk of a retainer, where one operator running ten on-strategy client calendars from chat is the comparison that makes sense.

Frequently asked questions.

How many client brands can one agency run on BAT?

The Agencies plan is up to 10 isolated brand workspaces for $500/mo, with 25 members across the org. If you need more than 10 brands, the Enterprise tier provisions unlimited workspaces. Smaller agencies can start on Brand Builder ($200/mo) for up to 3 brands.

Are client workspaces actually isolated from each other?

Yes. Every brain, source, analytic, member, and integration is scoped to a single workspace and enforced on every request, and the chat agent only ever sees the one client it is operating in. One client's strategy, files, and competitor data never appear in another client's workspace.

Does BAT do white-label client reporting?

Not to the depth a dedicated agency suite does. BAT exports AI strategy reports as structured plus markdown with CSV underneath, but it does not yet offer a fully rebranded client portal or white-labeled PDF reports. Sendible's white-label is more mature today, so if a rebranded login and reports are a hard requirement, weigh that honestly.

How do clients sign off on content?

Through a real approval state machine: posts move DRAFT to PENDING_REVIEW to APPROVED or REJECTED with rejection notes, and only approved posts reach the scheduler. Five brand roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Creator, Member) let you seat a client reviewer at exactly the right approval level. Review happens before publish, not as a recall after.

Is there a free plan for agencies?

No. There is no free tier. You start with a 14-day free trial (200 credits, no card required), then the Agencies plan is $500/mo flat for up to 10 clients. Pricing is per workspace, not per seat, so adding strategists or client reviewers does not change the bill.

Can BAT benchmark each client against its competitors?

Yes. Add a client's competitor profiles and BAT collects their posts and engagement, then benchmarks your client owned-vs-competitor in analytics and inline in chat. Benchmarking is richest for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook; X, TikTok, Threads, and Pinterest data comes via scrapers and refreshes periodically rather than in real time.
