Social media management, run by AI.
BAT is social media management software built around one chat-first AI agent and a per-brand brain. It handles strategy, content, scheduling and publishing to 8 platforms, analytics, competitor tracking, and approvals in one workspace, with review before anything goes live. No free tier, and a few honest limits we name on the way down.
One workspace, not five tools.
An AI agent with a brand brain
BAT runs strategy, creation, scheduling, analytics, and competitor benchmarking from one chat scoped to a single brand. The brain is searched and applied automatically, and outputs carry provenance so claims trace back to real sources.
Best for
Teams and agencies who want the work done on-strategy and reviewed, not just a faster way to queue posts they wrote elsewhere.
A scheduler plus an AI writer plus an analytics tool
The traditional stack stitches a scheduler, a separate AI caption helper, a separate analytics dashboard, and a spreadsheet together. Each is good at one job; nothing knows your brand or carries strategy across them.
Best for
Workflows that are already mature, where the only missing piece is a clean queue and you are happy gluing the rest together by hand.
Everything in one place, grounded in your brand.
A real capability from each part of BAT. None of these are bolt-ons: they share one brain, one post index, and one approval flow.
Brand strategy & brain
Semantic search across the brain: competitors, personas, brand voice, strategy, prior chats, Drive files, and social posts.
Content creation
Per-platform AI drafting tuned to each network; drafts land in an approval queue, never auto-posted.
Scheduling & publishing
A scheduled-publish worker that atomically claims due posts and fires them, preventing duplicate sends from retries or races.
Analytics
Per-platform averages (engagement rate, performance score), per-competitor breakdown, and owned-vs-competitor benchmarks.
Competitor tracking
Dedicated competitor analytics for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with owned-vs-competitor benchmarks.
Collaboration & approvals
Post drafts move DRAFT → PENDING_REVIEW → APPROVED/REJECTED, with rejection notes and resubmit; approved posts go to the scheduler.
Multi-brand & agency
Every brain, source, analytic, member, and integration is scoped to one workspace and enforced on every request.
Knowledge sources
Google Drive integration (full read/write/delete) and SharePoint as brand knowledge/asset sources.
The brand brain is the engine.
Most tools start with a calendar. BAT starts with what your brand actually is, then makes everything from that.
What the brain does for you.
- Content pillars. Multi-framework Content Pillars you can build, view, switch, and regenerate with steering.
- Prefilled, not blank. Brand DNA / intake AI-prefilled (~30 fields) from your signup URL, then reviewed rather than hand-entered.
- It learns. A Memory section plus a chat feedback loop: per-response feedback teaches the brand's preferences over time.
- Evidence-linked. An evidence/provenance system attaching sources to outputs (VERIFIED / PARTIAL / BLOCKED / RAW).
- Honest limit. The brain is only as rich as what you connect/import; with nothing connected, context is sparse.
Eight native platforms, one composer.
Draft, schedule, and publish native post types across every network marketing teams actually invest in. Each platform has dedicated OAuth and a real publisher, not a generic relay.
Scheduling and publishing that actually ships.
- A scheduled-publish worker that atomically claims due posts and fires them, preventing duplicate sends from retries or races.
- One calendar across every connected platform, with AI-suggested send times.
- Schedule a single idea out to multiple platforms, each in its native format.
- Honest limit. Each platform needs its own app credentials configured; Pinterest in particular is pending app approval.
Measure it, then beat it.
Analytics and competitor tracking run off one unified post index, so your numbers and theirs sit side by side.
- Per-platform averages (engagement rate, performance score), per-competitor breakdown, and owned-vs-competitor benchmarks.
- AI strategy reports over your analytics window with structured + markdown output and CSV export.
- Suggested posting times derived from your own historical engagement-by-hour, with a platform-canonical fallback.
- The chat agent benchmarks you against tracked competitors and surfaces their top posts on demand.
- Honest limit. Refresh is periodic/on-demand, not real-time monitoring; the richest competitor dashboards are IG, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
BAT vs a point tool (or no tool at all).
Where an all-in-one AND agentic approach earns its keep, and where a dedicated point tool is genuinely fine.
| Feature | BAT | A point-tool stack / doing it by hand | Winner |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strategy and what to post | A per-brand brain (Brand DNA, audience, pillars, memory) decides what is on-strategy and drafts from it | You bring the strategy; a point scheduler just queues whatever you paste in | ✓ BAT |
| Content creation | AI drafts every post in your brand voice across 8 platforms and native post types | Caption helpers reword one post at a time, or you write everything yourself | ✓ BAT |
| Scheduling and publishing | A real scheduled-publish worker with atomic double-publish prevention and AI send-times | Most point schedulers do this well; this is their core job | Tie |
| Analytics and competitor benchmarking | Owned-vs-competitor benchmarks from one post index, surfaced in analytics and inline in chat | A separate analytics tool, exported and reconciled by hand | ✓ BAT |
| Approvals before publish | A real DRAFT → PENDING_REVIEW → APPROVED flow; review happens before anything ships | Approval is an add-on tier, or there is no review gate at all | ✓ BAT |
| Many client brands | Hard per-brand isolation; the agent only ever sees the one brand it operates in | Shared accounts and folders, easy to leak context between clients | ✓ BAT |
| Number of stitched-together tools | One workspace for strategy, creation, scheduling, analytics, and competitors | A scheduler, an AI writer, an analytics tool, and a spreadsheet to glue them | ✓ BAT |

So, what is BAT for you?
If you are evaluating social media management software and want AI to do the operator work, not just help you reword a caption, BAT is built for that. One agent, one brain, one approval flow, across eight platforms.
If all you need is a fast queue for posts you have already written and planned elsewhere, a cheaper point scheduler may be the better fit, and we will say so. BAT earns its price when strategy and creation are the bottleneck, not the queue.
Either way, see how BAT stacks up against the tool you are weighing on /compare, and the exact plan that fits on /pricing. The 14-day free trial needs no card.

Frequently asked questions.
What makes BAT AI social media management software rather than a scheduler with an AI button?
BAT is run through one conversational agent scoped to a single brand workspace, with real tools: it searches the brand brain, analyzes performance, drafts posts, writes to the brain, manages Drive, and fetches URLs. The brand brain (Brand DNA, audience, competitors, content pillars, memory, sources) is applied automatically to everything it makes. A scheduler with an AI button rewords individual posts; BAT decides what is on-strategy, drafts it with provenance, and gates it behind approvals.
Which platforms can BAT publish to?
BAT publishes natively to 8 platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest, each with dedicated OAuth and rich native post types (LinkedIn documents and polls, Instagram reels and carousels, X threads, TikTok video, YouTube shorts, Pinterest pins, Threads, Facebook reels). Each platform needs its own app credentials configured, and Pinterest in particular is pending app approval. Instagram publishing requires a Business account linked to a Facebook Page, which is a platform rule, not a BAT limit.
Does anything publish automatically without my review?
No. Post drafts move DRAFT → PENDING_REVIEW → APPROVED or REJECTED, with rejection notes and resubmit; only approved posts reach the scheduler. Destructive brain and Drive operations from chat also wait for your explicit approval before they persist. Review always happens before publish. Note that this is a pre-publish gate: there is no post-publish recall once something is live.
How accurate are the analytics and competitor numbers?
First-party analytics are strongest for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Data for X, TikTok, Threads, and Pinterest is gathered via third-party scrapers, and LinkedIn analytics can run on imported dataset snapshots, so numbers are not always live first-party API data. Competitor tracking is collected by scrapers on periodic or on-demand refresh runs, not real-time monitoring, so treat it as a regularly refreshed benchmark rather than a live feed.
Can one account manage several brands?
Yes, with hard isolation. Every brain, source, analytic, member, and integration is scoped to one workspace and enforced on every request, and the chat agent only ever sees the one brand it is operating in. Plans scale from 1 brand workspace (Brands Starter, $100/mo) to 3 (Builder), 10 (Agencies), and unlimited (Enterprise). Pricing is flat per brand workspace, not per seat.
Is there a free plan?
There is no free tier. BAT starts with a 14-day free trial that includes 200 credits and needs no card. After that the cheapest plan is Brands Starter at $100/mo for one brand workspace with 3 members. Media generation (image, video, audio) needs the relevant provider API keys; without keys those features return mock placeholder output.
