Schedule LinkedIn, on autopilot.
BAT schedules LinkedIn posts and auto-publishes them through a real OAuth connection: text, single image, document (PDF carousel), video, article, and poll. A scheduled-publish worker fires each approved post on time and refuses to send it twice. LinkedIn is also BAT's deepest analytics surface, with first-party owned-profile data.
Every native LinkedIn post type.
BAT does not flatten LinkedIn into a single text box. It schedules and publishes the formats LinkedIn actually rewards: text, single image, document/PDF carousel, video, article, poll.
Document / PDF carousels
Upload a PDF and BAT schedules it as a native LinkedIn document, the swipeable carousel format that drives dwell time. The same shared studio-upload path verifies the file and serves a page-one cover preview, so what you queue is what readers swipe.
Polls and articles
Schedule a native poll to spark replies, or queue a long-form article for thought-leadership reach. Both are first-class LinkedIn formats here, not afterthoughts bolted onto a generic post composer.
Video, image, and text
Single-image posts, native video, and plain text all schedule the same way and publish through LinkedIn's real API. One queue holds every format your page or profile runs.
How the scheduled-publish worker works.
A LinkedIn scheduler is only as good as the thing that fires the post when the clock hits. BAT runs a background worker so a queued post goes out whether or not anyone has the app open.
- Queue a post for a time. An approved LinkedIn post lands in the schedule with a target time, in its native format (a document carousel, a poll, an article, a video, an image, or text).
- The worker claims it atomically. When the post is due, the worker atomically claims it before publishing. That claim is what prevents a retry or a race from posting the same thing to LinkedIn twice.
- It fires through LinkedIn's real API. LinkedIn has its own OAuth connection and publisher code in BAT, so the post goes out through the network's real API, not a lowest-common-denominator bridge that strips native formatting.
- Status flows back to one calendar. Scheduled, published, and failed posts all land on a single calendar that spans every connected platform, so LinkedIn sits next to the rest of your week in one view.
AI send times from your own LinkedIn history.
BAT does not guess at generic best times. It reads your own engagement-by-hour history and suggests when to post, falling back to a platform-canonical default only when there is not enough of your own data yet.
Learned from your engagement
Suggested posting times derived from your own historical engagement-by-hour, with a platform-canonical fallback.
LinkedIn-specific, not borrowed
Send-time suggestions are computed per network. What lands on LinkedIn at 8am rarely matches when a TikTok does well, so LinkedIn gets its own read of your audience's active hours.
Useful from day one
On a fresh workspace with little history, BAT uses a platform-canonical fallback time so your LinkedIn calendar is useful immediately, then sharpens as your own data accrues.
Review before it ships, not after.
Scheduling without review is how the wrong draft goes live on a company page. BAT puts a real approval gate in front of the scheduler, so only signed-off LinkedIn posts ever reach the worker.
- Post drafts move DRAFT → PENDING_REVIEW → APPROVED/REJECTED, with rejection notes and resubmit; approved posts go to the scheduler.
- Five brand roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Creator, Member) with a fine-grained capability matrix.
- Role hierarchy with privilege-escalation guards: you can only grant roles below your own.
LinkedIn is also BAT's deepest analytics surface.
Scheduling and measurement live in the same workspace. LinkedIn carries the richest, first-party analytics of any network in BAT, so you can schedule against what actually performed.
First-party owned-profile data
Deepest analytics surface: owned-profile sync plus imported dataset snapshots. That means LinkedIn numbers are genuine first-party data, not scraped, with owned posts scored so you can see what worked.
Imported dataset snapshots
LinkedIn analytics can also run on imported dataset snapshots, so you can bring an export into the same scored index. The honest caveat: numbers from an import are a snapshot, not always live first-party API data.
Benchmark owned vs competitor
From one unified post index, BAT benchmarks your LinkedIn performance against tracked competitors and surfaces it both in analytics and inline in chat. Go deeper at /linkedin-analytics-tool.
LinkedIn is one of eight networks.
Schedule LinkedIn alongside Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest, each with its own connection and native post types. Plan one idea and let it fan out across all 8.
One idea, eight platforms.
A LinkedIn document deck rarely belongs only on LinkedIn. BAT drafts from one brand brain, then adapts a single idea into each network's native format, so the LinkedIn scheduler is one face of a whole social workflow.

Where this is honest about the limits.
Publishing to LinkedIn needs the LinkedIn app credentials configured for your workspace. Each platform needs its own app credentials configured; Pinterest in particular is pending app approval.
There is no post-publish recall. Approval and cancellation happen before a LinkedIn post goes live, never after. If you need to stop something, you stop it in review, not by pulling it back once it is on the feed.
LinkedIn analytics can run on imported datasets, so reported numbers are not always live first-party API data. BAT is explicit about which view you are looking at rather than implying everything is real-time.
Frequently asked questions.
What LinkedIn post types can BAT schedule and publish?
BAT schedules and natively publishes every core LinkedIn format: text, single image, document/PDF carousel, video, article, poll. A PDF you upload becomes a native LinkedIn document (the swipeable carousel), and polls and articles are first-class formats, not generic text posts. Each fires through LinkedIn's real API on its scheduled time.
Can BAT post PDF carousels and polls to LinkedIn automatically?
Yes. Upload a PDF and BAT schedules it as a native LinkedIn document carousel with a page-one cover preview, and you can queue native polls too. Both are scheduled like any other post and auto-publish through the worker, so you build the carousel or poll once and let it go out on time.
How does BAT pick the best time to post on LinkedIn?
It suggests send times derived from your own historical engagement-by-hour, computed specifically for LinkedIn. On a new workspace with little history, it falls back to a platform-canonical default so the calendar is useful immediately, then sharpens as your own data builds up. The suggestions are always yours to override.
Will the same LinkedIn post ever get published twice?
No. The scheduled-publish worker atomically claims a due post before sending it, so a retry or a race cannot fire the same post to LinkedIn a second time. Double-publish prevention is built into how the worker claims work, not a setting you have to remember to switch on.
Can I cancel a LinkedIn post after it goes live?
No. BAT is approval-gated before publish, not after. A post moves through review (DRAFT to PENDING_REVIEW to APPROVED) and only an approved post reaches the scheduler, so you catch problems before anything ships. There is no post-publish recall once a post is on LinkedIn.
Does BAT only do LinkedIn, and is there a free plan?
No on both. LinkedIn is one of 8 native networks BAT schedules to, alongside Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest, so you are not buying a single-channel tool. And there is no free tier: BAT starts with a 14-day free trial and 200 credits with no card required, then Brands Starter at $100/mo for one brand workspace, flat per workspace rather than per seat.
